The Weather...

The weathermen do their best: it is just not good enough.

Keep foul weather gear available to you at all times. Training and trialing go on no matter the weather. The exception is if the facility is rendered unusable.

Another thing to remember is that we do not put up the lights at class at Long Beach on rainy days so if you can not make it out before dark you probably will not get training on that RAINY day.

Dress warm: it has been cold. I believe it is because of global cooling  We could use some of that global heating they keep talking about.

Brags...

If I do not get your brag then it doesnot show here. This is the case with a couple of more for this month, sorry you did not make this issue with your brag!

Format for Brags...

Dog’s call name-dogs formal name complete with their titles already earned-followed by the new accomplishment, trial where it happened, with who handling and where it happened.
example
: DOG-Sir DOG UD, HX-earned his WTCH at Anybody’s Trial on any date with Mr. Handler at any town. (any breed)

Kiko -Blue Kiko by Winter Summer, CD, PT. At the IEHDA herding trial on Sunday, November 18, 2007, at Stonewall Ranch in Perris, CA, with judge Jerome Stoner,  earned 1st place in A Course Sheep-Started with a score of 95 out of 100 points and wwas awarded High In Trial with ribbons and trophies.  It was my pleasure to walk the whole course while Kiko did a lovely job with the sheep.  I must say that I am very proud of her.

Many months ago Jerry Stewart was getting exceptional performance with Kiko.  I asked if I would ever be able to do this.  The answer:  "Straighten up and do your job and let her do the sheep.  It's going to take you forever trying to do her job."...Good job with your sheep, Kiko.
